Shots Fired on Clark St Remains Under Investigation

Just before 8:00 am Sioux City Police responded to the 2300 block of Clark St after reports of shots fired.

Officers responded to the scene found a car that had struck a pole after being fired upon. Officers near the scene chased a suspect on foot before he eluded them. The victim received minor injuries from the accident, but was not struck during the shooting.

With limited cooperation from the victim, Sioux City Police have identified a potential suspect and are currently seeking this individual. The investigation is on-going.
