Woodbury County Sheriff arrested Damian Swanson on charges of OWI 3rd, Theft 2nd, Interfering with Offical Acts, Drivers License Suspended, and Drivers License Revoked.

Shortly after 9:00AM on Sunday the Woodbury CountySheriff's Department received reports of a possible Intoxicated Driver Near 1800 Glen Ellen Road in Sioux City driving a Blue SUV. Deputies located the vehicle about 30 minutes later in the area.

Damian Swanson was identified as a wanted suspect from Plymouth County on charges of Contempt Of Court, Theft, Interference, and Failure to maintain control, was taken into custody and the vehicle he was driving, a 2006 Chrysler Pacifica was identified as a stolen vehicle out of Rock County Minnesota. The suspect was transported to Woodbury County Jail on the above charges.
