Possible Second Drowning In Siouxland This Afternoon

Salix Fire & Rescue, Iowa DNR, Woodbury EOC and the Woodbury County Sheriffs Office responded to Browns Lake at about 4:20 pm for a possible drowning.



The individual was pulled into a nearby boat after they were found unresponsive in the water. Wings One was dispatched to the scene and transported the individual to a local hospital. This incident remains under investigation.
