As of 7:00 pm Sunday evening Roxy has been located safe.

Police have updated their press release to say that Roxy is not believed to be in any danger and is listed as a run-a-way. It's believed she ran away with someone her age.
The ride-share driver has been interviewed and cleared of any wrongdoing and his story corroborated with video surveillance. If you have any information about her whereabouts you are still asked to contact Sioux City Police at 712-279-6960 and police remind you that harboring a run-a-way may result in charges.

Police say they are looking for 14-year-old Roxy Cecilla (REMOVED) described as 115 lbs, 5 foot 6 inches tall, shoulder-length black hair with braces, and last seen wearing a black jacket, jogging pants, white shoes with white stripes, and a black back pack with gold straps.
She was last seen on Friday, January 31st about 7:36 pm in the area of 17th and Summit after being dropped off by a ride-share.
Investigators are asking anyone with information to call 712-279-6960 or if you see Roxy to call 911. The investigation is ongoing but police are saying she disappeared under suspicious circumstances.
