Seargent Bluff Police along with Woodbury County Sheriff Deputies responded to 1525 Harrington Loop in Sergeant Bluff at 9:14 pm on Wednesday, August 7th for reports of shots fired.

While in route to the call a Sergeant Bluff Police Officer attempted to stop a white van that matched the description of a vehicle involved in the incident driving West On 1st Street near Highway 75. The vehicle briefly stopped at 2nd and F Street before taking off at a high rate of speed and then crashing into a tree at 210 Front Street. The occupants then fled on foot from the vehicle.

Court Documents say that Jennifer Crook, 35 along with Raymond Nieman, 38, Lesandro Alvizo-Allison, 20, and Erwin Scott, 23 all went to 1525 Harrington loop with 2 .22 rifles, a baseball bat and a gas can over a dispute involving methamphetamines and $600. The defendants made statements during an altercation in the driveway that they were going to shoot the victims and burn the house down. Witnesses heard gunshots and statements asking where the money was at. The witnesses and victims reported hearing 3 gunshots. Evidence including a bullet hole and a slug were found at the scene.

Inside the crashed van police found 2 .22 caliber rifles, a gas can, Halloween mask, and a safe with unknown contents.

Erwin Scott is charged with conspiracy, going armed with intent, interference with official acts, criminal trespass, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm by a felon.

Raymond Nieman is charged with conspiracy, no drivers license, carrying a weapon, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, eluding, interference with official acts, manner of conveyance, criminal trespass, aggravated assault and, going armed with intent.

Lesandro Alvizo-Allison is charged with criminal trespass, conspiracy, interference with official acts, and possession of a firearm by a felon.

Jeffiner Crook is charged with conspiracy, interference with official acts, manner of conveyance and carrying a concealed dangerous weapon.

All were book into Woodbury County Jail.
