Plymouth County Sheriff's Office says they were notified about 1:30 am on Friday, June 7th of an active pursuit headed towards Plymouth County from Sioux County on Highway 75.

The pursuit came to an end near 200th and Kestrel Avenue just Southeast of Le Mars about 1:50 am with all three vehicle occupants being arrested and booked into the Plymouth County Jail.

The driver Lucas Packard, 29 was arrested for aggravated eluding. Passengers William Highhawk, 27 was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and Natasha Demarrias, 22 for a warrant for a parole violation.
