Sioux City EMS responded to West 14th and Hamilton about 6:52 pm on Sunday, May 19th for a medical call.

EMS transported a patient and Breland Parker to St Lukes for further treatment. A medic then realized their cell phone and cash missing. Security at the hospital searched Parker two times but did not locate the medic's property.

Later, Parker went to the restroom. Security then searched the restroom and located the phone in the trash. Parker had logged into his Facebook on the phone.

Breland Parker, 26 was arrested and charged with Theft 3rd.
