Police say they have arrested a second and final suspect in a drive-by shooting that took place on Monday, January 29th about 2:21 am on the 5100 Block of Lorraine Avenue in Sioux City's Morningside neighborhood.
Police have arrested 19-year-old Julian Lopez charged with intimidation with a dangerous weapon and going armed with intent.
