Sioux City Police located the suspect vehicle and driver in the 1100 block of 15th Street as they were clearing the scene at 16th and Court in Sioux City.

About 3:30 pm Sioux City Police responded to 16th and Court Street for reports of a motorcycle rider and passenger injured after an orange suv hit them and left the scene.

Police say the driver and passenger sustained serious, but non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to the hospital.

Witness reports indicated that an Orange SUV possibly a Jeep was Westbound on 16th turning South onto Court Street when it hit the motorcycle and then left the scene. As officers were leaving the scene they located the suspect vehicle and driver.
