Sioux City Police say they are investigating burglaries that happened about 5:00 am on May 11th in the 1100 block of South Alice in Morningside.

One of the two reports received indicated that the suspect touched the foot of a resident before they were scared out of the house. The suspect is described as a black male with dreadlocks. They were wearing an Under Armor shirt at the time of the incident.
