Sioux City Police say four suspected were arrested on 1st Degree Burglary charges after breaking into an apartment at 901 Virginia Street Friday, March 1st. Police were dispatched to the residence for a report of a burglary in processes.

Upon arrival, police witnessed four suspects force their way into the victim's apartment because they believed a sexual assault suspect was inside the residence. The sexual assault was reported on Thursday, February 28th at 10:28 pm and is still under investigation, no further information is being released. One of the two victims inside the apartment was injured after receiving a small laceration to the forehead, injuries to the other victim were minor.

Brennan Drum, 37 of Macy, Chauncey Lee Tyndall, 34, Jesse Trudell, 36, Loudena Espinoza, 40 all transients were all arrested and charged with Burglary 1st Degree.
