Sioux City Police say that at 3:53 am they received a call that a person arrived at the hospital for treatment of an apparent gunshot wound that happened near West 5th and Market in Sioux City.
Later a second person also came to the hospital for treatment of a gun-related injury, who was treated and released.
The investigation is ongoing. The condition of the first victim and additional information into the incident is not being released at this time.
