Police say they were called to 1316 Pierce Street, the parking lot of La Juanita's about 11:26 pm on Friday, November 2nd for a stabbing. Police located a subject with an injury to their chest, they were transported to the hospital.
The investigation revealed that 2 people jumped the subject. Police are asking anyone with information on the intent or similar incidents in the area to contact the Sioux City Police department at 712-279-6960 or Crime Stoppers at 712-258-8477
