About 2:20 am on Sunday, July 1st Sioux City Fire responded to 213 S Judd Street for reports of a garage on fire.

Despite about a half inch of rain falling firefighters extinguished the garage fire but not before it destroyed the garage, a vehicle inside of it and caused damage to another vehicle parked in front of it.

The cause of the fire was not yet determined.
