Police say a man died after being struck by an unmanned rail car in Sioux City Wednesday Morning. Police and EMS were called to Big Soo Terminal at 4101 Harbor Drive for an industrial accident.
A release from Sioux City Police say a man was engaged in a switching operation with rail cars when the man was struck by an unmanned car and died.
