Just after 1:00 am on Thursday Morning January 4th Sioux City Police responded to the 100 Block of Judd Street on Sioux City's Westside for reports of a man stuck in a basement window.
Police requested the assistance of Sioux City Fire Rescue freeing the man from the window.
Court documents say that Levin Nichols, 51 came to the residence uninvited and made threats to kill someone inside the residence. He then kicked out the basement window, the victim's bedroom and attempted to crawl through when he became stuck in the window well. After being removed he was arrested and booked into the Woodbury County Jail charged with Burglary 2nd and Assault Serious, he's being held on $52,000 Bond.
