Police say the gray 2014 Nissan Altima car was turning left from Lorraine onto South Lakeport when witnesses say the motorcycle was traveling Northbound on South Lakeport at a high rate of speed weaving in and out of traffic when the motorcycle collided with the turning car.

The driver of the motorcycle was transported to the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries, he will be cited for multiple traffic violations including no license, careless driving, and speeding.
