Police investigating a hit and run crash at 13th and Court

Police and emergency crews responded to 13th and Court Streets in Sioux City Thursday Afternoon about 12:10 p.m.


Reports indicated a SUV hit a bicycle and left the scene. The vehicle was followed by a witness.

We received information that the driver returned to the scene.
