Police received reports from two Dollar Generals of gift cards being purchased with a stolen debit card.

At 8:12 and 8:25PM Sioux City Police received reports of fraud from Dollar Generals at 39th and Floyd and 25th and Myrtle of two black males, one with dreadlocks that were purchasing gift cards with a stolen debit card.
