Just before 1:00AM Monday morning police and rescue were called to a rollover traffic accident at near Leech Avenue and South Cecilia. 

Photos received by Siouxland Scanner show a car on its top that went off the roadway and onto it's top crashing into a home at 407 S Cecilia. There were no reported injuries, there was significant damage to the car and damage to the home.  

The driver and owner of the car Molli Scott, 29 was arrested and charged with OWI and Failure to have control.
