Police received reports about 20 minutes after 10:00PM on Sunday of a disturbance at 13th and Virginia. The suspect had left the residence but claimed he was coming back to kill everyone. He returned about 30 minutes later with a knife and said he was “King of the World” and was waiting for officers.

When police arrived on scene they requested additional assistance as they had the suspect at gunpoint but he would not drop the knife.
