At about 4 pm today, a guy in a 2003 Dark Green Chevy Tahoe rear-ended my husband with our 2 daughters in the vehicle and took off! Ryan was stopped at a stop light at Wesley Parkway and West 7th and the guy ran into Ryan, probably going about 35 mph and immediately sped off! License plate number is CDR 944. Iowa plates.
