Just after 7pm Elk Point Police spotted a stolen Red Suv from Omaha near MM18 on I29 wanted in connection to a pedestrian hit and run in Sioux City. The vehicle fled when they attempted to stop it. The vehicle was ultimately disabled just past MM62 in Lincoln County. The driver fled on foot about 7:35 and was taken into custody shortly after.
