Crews spent about 4 hours on scene at the Sioux City boat ramp on the Missouri River. Officials say they last received a ping from a missing person's phone about 5 this morning (8/6/25). Sioux City Fire Rescue along with Sioux City Police and the Sioux City dive team were on scene from about 6:00pm until 10:00pm locating and removing the car from the water.
